The case
Severe crowding in the upper front teeth. Beyond the cosmetic concern, the overlapping teeth trapped plaque where a brush could not reach, leaving the gums chronically inflamed.

What we did
Study models and X-rays, a deep cleaning first, metal braces with check-ups every four weeks, and a fixed retainer at the end.

Outcome
An aligned arch and healthy gums. With the retainer in place and annual reviews, the result stays stable.
